Jayme has been a successful Long Term Care Administrator for 7 years now, joining our PGHR family in 2018. She comes with a wealth of knowledge from over 17 years of passionate service in the Long Term Care field. Jayme was Administrator of the year for the State of Arkansas in 2015, and has led facilities in the past few years win several State and National Awards. Jayme believes that all award winning care comes from a team approach and leading by example. Between her enthusiasm for her industry, and spending time with her husband of 17 years and their 2 children, she truly believes a happy life is all about family, both work and home.
Karyn went to school at Connor’s State College and graduated Cum Laude as a member of Phi Theta Kappa. She has always loved geriatrics and gravitated toward those patients while in nursing school. She feels like so much can be learned from older adults if people would just take the time to listen to them. Karyn has been with PGHR for 5 year and lives in the community with her husband of 18 years and their two children.
